Creating Healthy Teens
1. Get 9 to 11 hours of sleep per night
2. Drink a glass of water
3. Eat breakfast everyday
4. f you are going to play video games play active video games such as the Wii
5. Eat dinner as a family whenever possible
6. Volunteer in the community (It will keep you active and help your community)
7. Use your iPod or mp3 player while doing routine chores and work and make it excerise as well
8. Regularly laugh
9. When spending time doing something with friends and family choose activities that are more active
10. Wash your hands regularly
