I have come up with a list of 10 books that every family should read together. Not all books are spiritual in nature but all books will help provide discussion, insight and teaching as they are read together.
On August 31st, I gave the students a challenge for their fall semester of school. I would like to challenge all the parents with that same challenge.
The latest reasearch suggests that family mission trips and projects work to instill the basic Christian principles and actions in our teenagers. In this blog I outline the research and suggest some ideas for implementing a missions strategy for your family.
I hope that many of you have read the book Do Hard Things. If you haven’t pick up a copy and read it, have your kid read it and then read it together. As we approach this summer I hope that many of you will take on the attitude of Greg and Sono Harris and challenge your kids to do hard things.
