 What is Journey?

Journey is the mid-week program here at Fellowship Baptist Church.  The basis for Journey is the Journey Groups (see below).

6:00-6:30     Fellowship

6:30-7:00     FYE (For Your Edutainment)

7:00-8:00     Journey Groups

 

What are Journey Groups?

Journey Groups exist to lead students to journey through the Christian life and the Bible together by sharing with one another, caring for one another and challenging one another.

Journey Groups are the small group ministry for the Student Discipleship ministry.  They are composed of 4-8 students (most groups are the same gender).  The focus of the groups is to challenge students in their walk with Christ and to develop a support system with other teens. 

 

 

Journey Through the Bible

Beginning September 2010.

Journey Through the Bible is a process that takes students through the entire Bible in their six years in the Student Discipleship Ministry at Fellowship Baptist Church.

Students are given passages of the Bible to read each day.  As they read each question they ask themselves 3 What questions.

Then during Journey Groups each week, students will discuss that week's passage based on their answers to their 3 what questions.

   

 

How Can I Get Plugged Into a Journey Group?

You can get plugged into a Journey Group in one of three ways:

1.  Contact Bro. Ed - ed@fellowshipstudents.org

2.  Show up to Journey on Wednesday night

3.  If you know a student that goes to Fellowship, ask them if you can come to their Journey Group one night.
